If you have lost or forgotten your BIP (Banco Industrial de la Provincia de Buenos Aires) or Token information, follow these simple steps to recover it:

Steps for Recovering BIP and Token

1. Visit a Banco Provincia Red Link ATM.
2. Select "Other Operations."
3. Choose "Key Management."
4. For BIP Mobile, select "BIBBIP Mobile and Security Token."
5. Select "Forgot My Username and Security Questions."
6. For New BIP Mobile, select "New BIBBIP Mobile."
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to recover your BIP or Token.
